I have an MA in Counselling Psychology, a PhD in Neuroscience, and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) as well as a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist. I draw upon this training as well as my experience as a research scientist, educator, and parent to help cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy in the people I support.
